About Historic Happenings

The past is made of present, and the present made by us. This is a project, an objective, to sharpen my skills as a historian and writer and to make known the daily works of individuals, groups and nations that shaped the present. It is, to quote David C. McCullough, "a guide to navigation in perilous times." From time to time, I will review historical books as I'm reading them, any suggestions would be great.
